SKEMx was a project with the aim to organize a conference to raise awareness about environmental issues amongst the students of Skema Business School. I worked as a Project Manager leading a cross cultural team of 12 Skema students and successfully executed the project. We have invited three speakers to talk about some interesting and less known facts about environmental issues and safety.

My key responsibilities in the project was to:

Done a research paper on “The most influential nonverbal communication factors in the context of business negotiation” in collaboration with one of my classmates.
​
Negotiating also means exercising power over the other person: empathy, or assertiveness, conviction or seduction. The aim of this study was to identify the most influential nonverbal communication factors in the context of business negotiations, to describe these factors through the use of concrete examples as well as relevant data and to rank them according to their ease of change for a negotiator: according to how easy it is to change them or modulate them for a negotiator while taking into account their influence in a business negotiation process as well as its outcome.

A case study on Zipline's business case and it's strategy to provide the medical aid to every human on earth as soon as possible.

This case study is depicting the project management plan and all about our proposed solutions to the possible challenges and constraints that Zipline may have faced in a similar project.
