I have worked as a Software Tester and was a part of an Agile Team. I was responsible for ensuring the quality of the deliverable, tracking and reporting the progress. I was organizing and driving daily stand-up meetings with the team to keep track of the work.
I led a team of 6 quality assurance engineers to develop Automation test scripts for SAP ERP application as part of a process improvement project which resulted in saving approximately 70% of the total effort and helped in value creation for the organization.
Created the best practices, lessons learned and induction documents which could be used as valuable assets in the project and could be helpful in the future.
Apart from technical work, I was the specific point of contact in the team for some of the people management activities and fun initiatives.
